  • The last time Tiger played in 3 straight tournaments was in 2006, when he did it twice. In his final rounds, he shot a 68 (with a bogey-bogey finish) but won the tournament at Doral, then later in the year, he shot a 63 and won the tournament at the Deutsche Bank Championship.

  • While the author of this article waits for a rival to magically appear, I will continue to enjoy watching golf played at the highest level it's been played in the 900 year history of the sport. Tiger's only rival each week is the golf course itself. That is his only opponent .

  • This article seems false. Obama may have said "Many more months" but who said "...of recession to go"?? Recession is defined as negative GDP. Obama seemed to say recovery would be slow in coming but he did not say the RECESSION would last many more months.
